أعلن مركز محمد بن راشد لإعداد القادة، التابع للمكتب التنفيذي لصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، عن إطلاق دفعة 2026 - 2027 من برنامج «محمد بن راشد لإعداد القادة»، والذي يمثل رحلة تطوير قيادي متكاملة لإعداد قيادات إماراتية قادرة على إدارة المشاريع الاستراتيجية والتحولية، وتعزيز جاهزيتها للتعامل مع بيئات متغيرة، ومواكبة التحولات العالمية المتسارعة في مختلف القطاعات الحيوية.
ويجسد البرنامج، الذي يستند إلى المنظومة القيادية لصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، رؤية طموحة تهدف إلى تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية من الانتقال من مرحلة الطموح إلى تحقيق الإنجاز، ومن الفكرة إلى بناء منظومات عمل مستدامة، ومن الدور الوظيفي إلى الأثر القيادي طويل المدى، عبر ترسيخ مفاهيم التفكير الإبداعي، والابتكار، والعقلية الاستشرافية القادرة على فهم المستقبل وصناعته، وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة، وفي مقدمتها الذكاء الاصطناعي في صناعة القرار. يستهدف البرنامج 30 كادراً من القيادات الوطنية في الجهات الحكومية وشبه الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، إلى جانب رواد الأعمال، ويتضمن 7 مساقات متخصصة تجمع بين الجوانب النظرية والتطبيقية في أحدث الاتجاهات القيادية، تحت إشراف 100 خبير عالمي و20 قائداً إماراتياً، بما يسهم في نقل الخبرات وتعزيز القدرات القيادية للمشاركين.
ويتم اختيار المنتسبين بناءً على عملية تقييم دقيقة تستند إلى المنظومة القيادية لصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم وبرامج عالمية معتمدة. وقال رئيس المكتب التنفيذي لصاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، محمد عبدالله القرقاوي، إن برنامج محمد بن راشد لإعداد القادة يجسد رؤية صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم في ترسيخ منظومة وطنية متكاملة لإعداد القيادات وفق أرقى المعايير العالمية، بما يسهم في بناء أجيال قيادية قادرة على استشراف المستقبل، وقيادة التحولات الكبرى، وإحداث تأثير إيجابي ومستدام في مختلف القطاعات الحيوية.
