MP for Beaconsfield, who supports UK remaining in EU, lost confidence vote in March
The Conservative MP Dominic Grieve, who supports Britain remaining in the EU, has been asked to apply for readoption by his local party in Buckinghamshire.The former attorney general lost a confidence vote by 182 votes to 131 in March. He remains an MP, but if his application for readoption is rejected he may face challenges from other candidates for the seat.
